Tiger PCs provides you with a highly effective computer maintenance and support service for a low fixed monthly price, so you know exactly what your IT budget will be, with no surprises.
Our proactive approach to computer maintenance is unique and means that the number and severity of problems you will encounter is massively reduced compared to the usual break and fix approach. All of our support contracts begin with an included site visit and service so we can get to know your specific setup to help us provide the most comprehensive support. We aim to prevent things going wrong in the first place, yet we’re able to respond quickly when they do, saving you time and money.
Introductory Site Visit:
All systems checked fully for all kinds of malware
All systems fully updated
All systems physically checked for potential issues (i.e. dust build on fans)
All systems set up for remote access by our engineers
Full backup of most vital system setup information (email details etc.) all to be stored onsite.
Also the introductory site visit is a perfect opportunity for you to meet the engineers who will be providing support to your business. We aim to build an open and transparent accord between each business and the assigned engineer as we have found that trust between the two is vital to ensuring a strong business relationship going forward.

9am-5pm Weekday Full Remote Support within 4 hours (Phone & Remote Desktop)
Discounted In-store work (Pickup & delivery available for small fee)
Discounted on-site support within 12 Hours (£59 per callout)
Discounted rates on hardware.
Premium Contract
Introductory site visit and service (included)
9am-5pm Weekday Full Remote Support within 1-2 hours (Phone & Remote Desktop)
In-store work (pickup and delivery included)
Priority on-site support (within 4 hours)
